INSTRUCTIONS
1. Select the products for which you have a signed vet’s prescription ONLY.
2. If your vet does not provide prescription forms then you can download one from this site.
3. Having selected the items carefully, please check you have selected the correct strength of medicine and in the quantity indicated by the vet.
4. Proceed to check out following all address and payment instructions.
5. Send your hard copy signed vets prescription form to us. Your online order will be compared to the vet’s prescription and if all is well, then our resident veterinary surgeon will authorise despatch of your pet medication.
6. For a speedy service, on your second and subsequent orders we accept faxed or scanned prescription forms. For our records, please post the hard copy within 5 days of purchase.
7. Upon fulfilment of these conditions we will immediately despatch your order by 1st class post or by carrier
8. We reserve the right to contact the prescribing vet for clarification of any details.
9. We will keep your signed prescription form in safe storage for future orders or reference.
10. We always refund your payment promptly if the order process fails for some valid reason.
11. If you have a repeat prescription and you have only initially ordered a part order, then e-mail/ call/fax us when you are ready to order your repeat medication. We will check the hard copy prescription we hold and dispense accordingly until no longer valid by time or quantity.
