Dispensing of Veterinary POM-V drugs

As a result of the changes made to UK law in the 2006 Veterinary medicines regulations, our own in-house vet is able to dispense written prescriptions from other veterinary surgeons.

Simply obtain a prescription from your regular vet and send the original signed hard copy to us! ! Or you may download a prescription form below. The prescription should always include the following information:

• Date
• Name & Address of Vet and qualifications
• Animal details
• Name and address of owner
• Medicine details, including dose and quantity
• Number of repeat prescriptions permissible
• "For animal use only, for an animal under my care" or similar should appear on document
• Vets signature
