365vet.co.uk is a dedicated veterinary medicines website; however we also stock a range of pet health products, including flea treatments, wormers and specialised pet diets.
Ordering Prescription Medication (POM-V) Items
These products can be found in the ‘Pet Prescription Products’ section of our website.
The products are listed alphabetically; however you can also use the ‘search’ tool to find a specific product by name.
Once you have selected the veterinary medicine you require, add the product to your basket. At this stage a pop up box will appear, you must read this carefully and confirm that you either have or intend to get a veterinary prescription in order for the product to be dispatched.
If you do not wish to continue with the order because you don’t have or don’t intend to obtain a prescription, select cancel.
Once you have completed your order, please post your original veterinary prescription to:

We cannot dispatch veterinary prescription medications until we have received the original prescription in the post, and our team of veterinary surgeons have authorised the order.
Ordering Non-Prescription Items
There are a number of products on our website that do not require a veterinary prescription. These can be found in the ‘Pet Products’ and ‘Pet Food’ section of our website.
To order these items simply add the products to your basket, complete the order and await delivery.
Dispatch of these items from our office is usually 24-48 working hours after ordering.
Ordering both Prescription and Non-Prescription Items
Orders containing both prescription and non-prescription items will be dispatched together on receipt of the original veterinary prescription in the post.
