Our thoughts are very much with you, your families and loved ones (including furred and feathered!) as we all try to navigate these difficult times.
Here at 365vet.co.uk, our number one priority is the safety of our staff who continue to come into work during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak to process your orders. For many weeks we have introduced stringent measures in line with the World Health Organisation guidelines, to ensure best practice in health and safety. This includes regular, thorough hand washing, hand sanitisation and disinfection of work surfaces.
When will I get my order?
We are currently experiencing an abnormally high level of online and telephone orders. Our team and extended support services (couriers, suppliers etc.) are working tirelessly to ensure that all orders are dispatched as quickly as possible.
However, in the interest of maintaining a safe working environment for our team, we do estimate that deliveries of veterinary medicines may take up to 72 hours longer than our normal service.
Customer service has always been at the heart of what we do, and we pride ourselves on offering a full telephone order service in addition to our online and email services.
However, we are currently experiencing an unprecedented number of calls; therefore, we are introducing a slightly restricted service, with our telephone lines opening from 10am till 1pm
Monday to Friday and 9am till 1pm on Saturday.
If your call is not of an urgent nature, or you have the facility to place your order online or email us
with a query, please consider the use of these options. If you do need to call us, we will do our very
best to answer your call as soon as possible but please be patient if we are busy.
If you are currently awaiting a refund, please be assured that we will process this as soon as possible, but it may take a little longer than usual.
Thank you for your patience and understanding and from the whole team here at 365vet.co.uk – stay safe!
We will continue keep you updated as we face these times of uncertainty.
