Job Title: Pharmacy Processing & Packing Operative

Purpose of Position:
This is a part-time flexible role working at our website division (Portal) to provide order processing and stock control of online orders for veterinary medicines.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. To accurately process web orders from our e-commerce site www.365vet.co.uk.
2. To take responsibility for the logistics of the stock and to ensure that relevant stock is distributed and ensuring stock is correctly issued, received, and stored.
3. Admin work to support operations of the Portal site.
4. To maintain administration systems to ensure that records are kept appropriately which includes the use of an in-house database system and PC, internet, and email usage.
5. To undertake such duties as may from time to time be reasonably requested within the flexible definition of the post.

This is a part-time role based in at the offices of our website division (Portal) to provide excellent customer service including, effectively managing telephone enquiries, order processing and stock control.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. To provide an outstanding level of customer service to all customers, building productive and positive relationships.
2. Processing web orders from our ecommerce site www.365vet.co.uk with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
3. Telephone duties, answering client queries, giving advice and taking telephone orders.

This is a part-time role based on working approximately 22.5 hours per week working flexibly between the working hours of 8 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday.
We offer an attractive rate of pay commensurate with experience. In addition a Summer and Christmas bonus scheme for eligible staff. Holiday entitlement is 30 days per year pro rota (including Bank Holidays) and this rises in line with service.
