Libeo tablets for dogs are for the treatment of ascites and oedema, particularly associated with cardiac insufficiency in dogs. The tablets contain a diuretic in the form of furosemide, which helps ease problems affecting the heart and circulation.
Libeo are chewable and flavoured, and therefore can be given on their own, or hidden in food.
Libeo tablets are manufactured by Ceva Animal Health and developed specifically for dogs. As such, they must never be used in other animals. They are available in 10mg and 40mg strength.
