Microbex is an antibacterial and antifungal shampoo used to treat skin infections in dogs. Skin infections and irritations are commonly seen in dogs, caused by bacteria and fungus living on the skin and fur, which can cause itching, discomfort, and sores.
When given as directed by your vet, Microbex is particuarly effective against the yeast, Malassezia. Malassezia is often found in excess amounts in the fur of dogs suffering from itchy and sore skin. Bathing your dog in Microbex shampoo should ease the symptoms of skin infection and irritation to restore the skin back to health.
Microbex 200ml Shampoo is manufactured by Virbac and developed specifically for dogs. As such, it must never be used in other animals.
