Profender Small Cats is used to treat and control the infections and infestations of roundworm and tapeworm in cats weighing less than 2.5kgs. Worms are a common, quite unpleasant, occurrence in cats but are not something that should be ignored. Profender treats the common roundworm and tapeworm by entering the intestine through the bloodstream to control any parasites lurking there.
When given as directed by your vet the active ingredient, Emodepside, can also be used in the treatment of infections caused by such worm infestations. Presented in convenient pipettes administered to the skin on the back of the cats’ neck, Profender is easy to administer. Profender is an effective, topical, mulit-wormer for cats.
Profender Small Cats is manufactured by Bayer and developed specifically for cats weighing less than 2.5kgs. As such, it must never be used in other animals.
