Upcard tablets for dogs are for the treatment of clinical signs, including oedema and effusion, related to congestive heart failure. The tablets contain a new form of diuretic in the form of torasemide. It helps to expel an excessive build-up of fluid in the body and is generally used in cases of congestive heart failure, or where oedema has developed. Torasemide is believed to produce a better outcome than the traditional diuretic, furosemide. Upcard tablets are manufactured by Vetoquinol and developed specifically for dogs. As such, they must never be used in other animals. They are available in 0.75mg, 3mg and 7.5mg strength. Price per tablet
